Rates are based on....

1-2 people (ages 12 years and older), maximum of 2 (non-aggressive breeds) dogs with a maximum weight of 60lbs fully grown, 1 vehicle and 1 RV (up to 40') - all rates include water, sewer and trash.

Deposit/payment is required to secure the reservation.
Early check-in/late check-out: $25.00
Nightly: $5.00/per night per person (12 years and older) - when you have more than 2 people staying the night.
Extra vehicle/storage (with management approval: monthly: $60.00 per month per vehicle and nightly: $5.00/night
Should you cancel your reservation or leave early, you understand that you forfeit your rent/deposit (Refer to the Rules and Guidelines regarding rent/deposit G23.0 - R23.10.2)
