Check-in time is STRICTLY between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. There are no check-ins after 5:00 pm for the protection of your property and the surrounding property, due to seasonal darkness and mountain terrain.
Site Amenities: All sites have water and sewer hookups. All sites have electric service with most having 20/30/50 amp available.
Electric: Site electric meters are monitored for MONTHLY renters who are charged for their electric usage.
Payment: We use the "Square" technology for rent and deposit payments via email.
Communication: all communication is sent via e-mail, phone and/or text.
Woodland RV Park does NOT have a public dump station, nor a fresh water supply.
Woodland RV Park is open 12 months of the year. However, we do NOT accept new reservations for move-ins between October 8 - April 30.
Speed Limit: The speed limitthroughout Woodland RV Park property is5 MPH.
Mail/Packages: The Woodland Park Post office will deliver mail to the mailbox pedestals located in front of the office (but ONLYfor permanently fixed structures, NOT for RVs). RVers will need to make other arrangements i.e. Postal Box, UPS store, etc. For our resident's 'out-going mail' convenience, a mailbox pedestal in front of the office has an 'out-going mail' slot in the upper left-hand corner of the mailbox cluster.
TV: No cable TV wiring is available at Woodland RV Park. Satellite TV may be available depending on-line of site, trees, etc. Antenna TV, "Free over the air" receptiofor RVs). Internet/WIFI:: Woodland RV Park does NOT have internet on site. There are a couple of commercial options residents have used to meet individual needs through "Exede"- aka Viasat, Teller Wi-Fi and "RISE" Internet providers or Peak Internet. Others may be available.
Propane: Glaser Energy is one of several propane comp anies, at your request, can provide/rent a large propane tank and hook up to your RV and service the tank.
Dogs: two (2) dogs' maximum at any given time of a non-aggressive breed or nature (30 lbs. maximum - fully grown) with management approval at any given time per site.
Laundry: Laundry located in downtown Woodland Park are Midland Coin Laundry and Hi Country Cleaners & Coin Laundry
RV Storage: We do NOT have facilities for RV storage. A minimal amount of space for storing, on a short-term basis, vehicles and trailers is dependent on space available for a fee and only for the residents.
Bathrooms/Showers: Woodland RV Park does NOT have bathroom or shower facilities.
Tent Camping: Woodland RV Park does NOT have sites for tent camping.
Clubhouse/Pool: Woodland RV Park does NOT have a clubhouse or pool.
Playground: Woodland RV Park does NOT have playground facilities.
Sheds: Sheds are NOT acceptable, however, a storage cabinet or storage bench, e.g., Suncast, is as long as it is no more than approximately 42 cubic feet. One (1) storage cabinet may be supplemented with up to two (2) storage benches.
Grilling: Propane Gas grills are allowed. Charcoal grilling is ONLY permitted when there is NO active FIRE BAN in place. Open Fires are NEVER PERMITTED. A propane gas fire pit is permitted.
RV Definition: Park Model, Tiny House, Class A, Class B, Class B+, Class C, Travel Trailer, Bumper Pull, 5th Wheel.
RV Age: Woodland RV Park, LLC reserves the right to refuse RV's 10 years and older
Tiny House: required to be RVIA (Recreation Vehicle Industry Association) Certified or RV Certified.
